COVID-19 PREPAREDNESS UPDATE
Mon. Mar 16th 2020

Residents and Visitors,

We want to remind you that In light of the recent developments regarding COVID-19 in our community, our agency has taken the necessary precautions and steps to ensure the health and well being of our membership, their families, and the residents and visitors that we serve. We are working closely with our local and county officials to ensure that all proper procedures are being followed. This will continue to be of the up most top priority going forward. When responding to calls for service, you can rest assured that we will continue to provide you with the highest level of dedication and response that our volunteers have always given. With this being said, you can be assured that plans and procedures are in place and will implemented if need be.

How You Can Help:

These easy steps can be taken. If you have any doubt about coming into contact with, or have been in an area where COVID-19 might have been present, or you are quarantined (either mandatory or self imposed), PLEASE notify the dispatcher. This will ensure that this information can be relayed to the emergency service personnel responding to you. Please also place a sign/note on your front door to alert our firefighters, police officers, and emergency medical service personnel to take the proper infection-prevention precautions prior entering your home.

In doing so, we can ensure that our crews remain healthy in order to continue to provide you with our volunteer services. We are all a part of this community and you can rest assured that we will continue to work together.

Stay healthy and enjoy this time with your families,

Sean Edson
